This website is operated by Double M Promotions Limited, trading as Business Savings (UK), registered in England and Wales with company number 16558890.

We act as an energy intermediary: a broker and consultancy. We are not an energy supplier and we do not supply, distribute or generate energy or water. Any supply contract you enter is between your business and the supplier, on that supplier’s terms.

We present options and explain them clearly. The decision to enter a contract is yours, and we will not submit a contract without your instruction.

Quotations depend on the accuracy of the information provided — meter details, consumption, contract end dates and business details. If that information is incorrect or incomplete, prices offered by suppliers may change or be withdrawn. Please tell us promptly if anything changes.

Energy prices move. Any indicative figures we discuss are valid only for the period stated by the supplier, and are subject to the supplier’s credit checks and acceptance. Nothing on this website is an offer of a specific price, and we make no guarantee of a particular saving.

We are generally paid a commission by the supplier, which may be included within the unit rate of the contract, or an agreed fee where a consultancy arrangement is in place. We will tell you how we are paid on your contract, and the amount, before you commit to it. Ask at any point and we will confirm it in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
