Is business gas cheaper than domestic gas?
It is priced differently. Business gas contracts are usually quoted for a fixed term with rates based on your consumption, meter and market conditions at the time of quoting, so a like-for-like comparison with a domestic tariff is not meaningful.
What happens if my gas contract ends and I do nothing?
You are likely to move onto out-of-contract or deemed rates, which are typically higher than an agreed contract. Reviewing before the end date avoids that.
